Smack your lips in anticipation as the waiter carefully wends
his way to your table with a crisp, too-good-to-be-eaten dosa
(just one from over a repertoire of 12 varieties) which dipped
in our special simmering sambars will make you snap your fingers
for a replica. But do venture to sample our uttappams, idlis,
appams and medu wadas while you are at it- the proof of the

by delicately flavoured Kashmiri Pulao or the modest Jeera Rice. For
